SEAFOOD LASAGNA
 

Lasagna noodles
1 c. mushrooms
Crab, shrimp, scallops, fish, clams (whatever you prefer or a mix)
Basic med. white sauce, 2-3 c.
Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. cooked spinach
3/4 c. wine
2 cloves garlic
1 stick butter

Saute 2 cloves of garlic in butter and remove. Add mushrooms and spinach and set aside.

Make cream sauce with butter and garlic. Add mushrooms and 1 1/2 cups spinach, all seafood and wine. Layer noodles, seafood mixture and cheese until all used up. Bake 30-40 minutes at 325 degrees.
