2 cans minced or chopped clams 1/2 stick butter 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped 2 sm. cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. pepper Heavy cream Prawns, scallops, imitation crab legs Pour clam juice into 2 cup measure, pour enough cream to fill up. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Sprinkle flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add clam juice-cream mixture and pepper and bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add any other seafood you want. Serve over drained pasta. Pre-boil prawns before adding to sauce. If using scallops, saute in butter before adding to sauce. |
