1 lb. shrimp 1 med. onion 1 c. green pepper 1 tsp. season salt Dash black pepper 1 tbsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. oil
Oil in skillet add onion and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Season shrimp with all the spices. Then add shrimp to the onion and pepper and simmer until shrimp is done. Serve over rice.
