TUNA FISH PATTIES
 

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna in water
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 potato, baked or boiled
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain tuna fish well. In medium bowl, break tuna up with fork. Add potato and mash well together. Add onion, salt and pepper; mix well. Add egg. Mix well. With hands, form into patties and coat with flour. Brown in medium hot skillet in small amount of oil, on both sides. Makes 5 patties.
