DEVILED SEAFOOD
 

2 lbs. haddock
1 lb. lobster or crab crabmeat (can vary fish and seafood)
8 tbsp. butter
9 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 clove garlic (or garlic powder)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent (or any herb seasonings you like)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. sherry
Buttered crumbs

Cut up fish and seafood as directed. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Make sauce by:

Melting butter in saucepan. Add flour; blend well. Combine evaporated milk and cornstarch. Add to butter/flour mixture (a whisk works best). Cook until thickened.

Then season with remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over fish/seafood. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8.
