8 oz. uncooked shell macaroni (about 3 c.) 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (chilled and undrained) 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans salmon (drained and flaked) 1/4 c. Italian dressing 2 tbsp. capers (drained) Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain. Mix macaroni and remaining ingredients. Serves 4. |
