SHRIMP ON THE GRILL
 

1 lb. shrimp

Clean and marinate shrimp 3 to 4 hours with the following: 1/2 c. white wine 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. tarragon 2 tbsp. parsley Salt & pepper to taste

After marinating, grill outside until pink, 2 to 4 minutes. Don't over cook. Serves 4.
