1/3 c. olive oil 3 cloves garlic, chopped sm. 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 oz. Marsala wine 3/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. oregano Salt to taste Pepper to taste 8 lg. blue claw's crabs, cleaned by removing shell, wash under water removing all insides 1 lb. linguine Use a 4 quart saucepan. Place in olive oil and garlic. Brown lightly on medium heat. Place in remaining ingredients except crabs. Heat on medium-high temperature until boiling, reduce heat to low. Let cook at boiling point 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the crabs. Return to boil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove and serve. Serve over cooked linguine. Makes 4 servings. |
