Smoker Grill with Water Pan 1 qt. mustard 1/4 c. black pepper 1/8 c. salt or less 2 lbs. bacon 8-10 lbs. deer chunks (hand size or smaller) Mix mustard, pepper and salt together. Add deer and mix thoroughly. Place deer on racks of smoker and wrap with bacon. Cook for approximately 3 hours. When done add barbecue sauce to sear for a little bite. |
