1 stick butter 1/4 c. dry parsley flakes 1 tbsp. minced garlic 2 lbs. shrimp 1/2 c. bread crumbs (optional) Lemon juice Melt butter in skillet. Add parsley and garlic. Cook on medium heat for about 7 minutes. Add shrimp. Cover and cook until shrimp are done. Add bread crumbs, if desired. Cook until liquid makes gravy (about 10 minutes). Serve with garlic bread or sticks. Pour a little lemon juice over individual servings. |
