1 (12 oz.) box San Georgio fettucini 1/2 c. butter (1 stick) 1 c. light whipping cream (room temperature) 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1 tbsp. parsley 1 lg. clove garlic 1/2 lb. shelled shrimp Cook fettucini approximately 15 minutes or according to taste. Drain well and place in warming dish. Saute garlic, shrimp, butter and parsley. Blend sauteed ingredients into warm noodles. Add whipping cream and blend well. Before serving, blend in Parmesan cheese. Add seasoning to suit your taste. |
