1 1/2 c. Perfection microwave pasta 1 1/2 c. shrimp, cooked/cut up 10 oz. pkg. frozen Japanese-style vegetables Mushrooms 1 c. hot water 1 jar sweet and sour sauce 1/2 c. chopped peanuts or cashews In a 3 quart microwave-safe casserole, layer pasta, vegetables, mushrooms, and water. Cover. Microwave on high for 15-18 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add cooked shrimp and nuts. Microwave another minute or two. Serve with sweet and sour sauce on side. Will be quite tangy. |
