HAM SALAD SANDWICH FILLING FOR A CROWD
 

2 (3 lb.) ham loaves, prepared by meat market
1/2 jar pickle relish (sweet)
Low-fat mayonnaise (1 jar approximately)
Grey Poupon mustard 1/4 c. or less to taste
1/4 c. low-fat Western Dressing
1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Purchase prepared ham loaves, fresh or frozen. Bake in oven at 325 degrees until done approximately 1 1/4 hours. Do not overbake. Cool meat. Grind, chop fine, or use blender to chop a portion of meat and mix with hand chopped meat. Add other ingredients, adding mayonnaise to desired moisture. Less salty than fresh ham sandwich filling.

Makes approximately two large mixing bowls of sandwich filling.
