Low cholesterol. 1/4 c. fine chopped apples 6 stuffed green olives, sliced 1 green onion, minced 1/4 tsp. dill weed (or 1 tsp. fresh) 1/4 c. chopped celery 3 drops Tabasco Juice of 1/2 lime Just enough reduced-fat mayonnaise to hold it all together
Mix all the ingredients together, refrigerate long enough to cool. Serve on lightly toasted slices of sour dough bread or whatever bread you like.
