Weight Watchers for one. 1/2 chopped sm. apple 1 tbsp. each finely chopped celery & onion 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise 2 tsp. mustard 2 tbsp. alfalfa sprouts 2 slices reduced calorie bread
Mix all of the above ingredients together and spread on the bread. For even less calories and NO FAT omit the mayonnaise and substitute 1 tablespoon plain yogurt mixed with 2 teaspoons spicy mustard.
