M.F. SANDWICH
 

1 loaf rye bread (not party rye)
1 lb. thin sliced ham
8 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned & slivered
8-10 slices Swiss cheese
1 head lettuce, cleaned & crisp
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crisp

DRESSING:

1/2-1 onion, sauteed in butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. pepper salt & paprika

Mix all ingredients listed in the dressing. Make sure it is mixed well and let set for 12-24 hours. Put the sandwich together in the way that the ingredients are listed and top with dressing. This sandwich is served open face and goes great with a fruit salad. Fun recipe for a party! Serves 8-10.
