EGG SALAD SANDWICHES
 

6 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
6 tbsp. minced celery
3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
3 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. (about) mayonnaise
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
12 slices bread

Combine eggs, celery, pickle relish, parsley, dry mustard, salt and pepper in mixing bowl; moisten with mayonnaise. Chill until ready to serve. Stir in bacon. Spread egg mixture on half the bread; top with remaining bread.
