2 cucumbers Salt and pepper to taste Onion, chopped 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Peel and fancy trim the cucumbers then slice. Add in the onion, seasonings, water, vinegar, and oil. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator for the best flavor.
Variation: You may add tomato wedges, broccoli, bell pepper, and or squash. Increase the dressing to cover the vegetables.
