SEAFOOD BREAD SALAD
 

1 loaf sandwich bread (white)
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 lg. onion, diced finely
2 cans cleaned sm. shrimp
1 can shredded crab
3/4 qt. Best Foods mayonnaise

Butter each slice of bread; do not cut off crusts. Cut each slice into 16 cubes. Mix eggs and onion thoroughly and put in refrigerator (covered in glass or plastic bowl) for overnight.

In the morning, add shrimp, crab, and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Salt lightly and let stand at least 3 hours before serving. Serves 12.
