TEJADA SUMMER SALAD
 

1 lb. pasta, cooked (angel hair, rotini or shells)
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. dried basil
1 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
4 oz. Feta cheese, cubed or crumbled

Combine ingredients. Serve warm or cold. Top with Parmesan cheese. Variations: May add other vegetables, raw or lightly steamed.
