3 c. ground ham
1/4 c. celery
1 tbsp. onion
1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Grind all ingredients and mix together. Stir in the mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator. Nice for party luncheons. 3 pound canned ham serves 75.
