3 cucumbers Salt 2 red onions, thinly sliced DRESSING: 1/3 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. white vinegar Peel cucumbers leaving some green skin. Thinly slice and salt cucumbers. Toss. Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour. Rinse and drain. Add onion. Pour dressing over all. Toss. Chill 4 hours. Serve cold. Serves 6 to 8. |
