SEAFOAM SALAD
 

1 lg. can pears
1 sm. pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. pear juice (from can of pears)
8 oz. plain yogurt
1 sm. container "Cool Whip" or similar dessert topping

Drain can of pears and reserve 1 cup of the liquid. Mash pears. Bring cup of pear liquid to a boil and dissolve the gelatin in the boiling liquid.

Cook the gelatin and mix in the mashed pears, yogurt and fold in the "Cool Whip". Mold in a 1 quart (or slightly larger) gelatin mold. Serves 8 to 10.
