1 lb. cheddar cheese 4-6 hard cooked eggs 4 oz. jar pimientos 10-15 pickle spears, sweet or candied dill 1 lb. elbow macaroni Salad dressing Grind cheese, egg, pimientos and pickles while macaroni is cooking. Cool water over macaroni. Mix salad dressing in cheese mixture until it is thin pimiento cheese. Mix together with macaroni. Chill. If too thick add more salad dressing. Makes a lot. |
