1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
8 oz. frozen Cool Whip
5 c. unpeeled Delicious apples, sliced

Mix sugar and flour, hold until later. Slightly beat 1 egg; add pineapple juice and vinegar. Boil until thick, stir frequently. Add 8 ounce frozen Cool Whip and egg, juice, vinegar mixture gradually. Add 5 cups of unpeeled sliced Delicious apples. Refrigerate for several hours. Before serving, sprinkle with ground peanuts.

NOTE: Can add can pineapple chunks (drained) at time you add apples. Delicious!
