MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD
 

2 sm. boxes orange Jello
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 sm. pkg. walnuts
1 lg. or 2 sm. container Cool Whip

Bring 2 cups water to boil; add and dissolve orange Jello. Add orange sherbet and stir until dissolved; slightly crush up walnuts and add walnuts and 2 cans mandarin oranges including juice from can. chill in refrigerator until partially set, about 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and add Cool Whip. Fold into partially set Jello and return to refrigerator to set overnight.
