1 can black-eyed peas, drained 2 or 3 chopped green onions, tops included 1/4 c. parsley, chopped 1/2 c. Sweet peppers, red, yellow, green, chopped 1/3 c. celery, chopped 1/3 c. Italian Style Salad Dressing (Good Seasons is easy) Pepper to taste Stir up all ingredients early in the day and chill. Serves 6. |
