Put tomato slices on serving platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with some of the oil and vinegar. Top with cheese slices. Sprinkle basil and pine nuts over all. Sprinkle again with salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Serve at room temperature.
