Approx. 8 c. mixed salad greens Sliced red onion (1/2-1 depending on size) 1/2-1 can sm. pitted ripe black olives 1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar quartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained Use any combination of head lettuce, leaf lettuce, Romaine, spinach, etc. Toss together with Greek Salad Dressing just before serving. GREEK SALAD DRESSING: 1/3 c. olive oil 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1-2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp. dry oregano 3/4 tsp. dry basil Salt & pepper 1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese Combine ingredients. Chill in refrigerator several hours or more. |
