SAUERKRAUT SALAD
 

1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Combine sauerkraut, celery, green pepper and onion. Add sugar, vinegar and salad oil. Mix together. Will keep for weeks.
