1 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 32 oz. frozen peas, thawed (6 c.) 1/3 c. chopped green onions 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.) 1/2 c. imitation crumbled bacon Mix sour cream, vinegar and salt in medium size bowl. Stir in peas and onions. Place half the pea mixture in a serving bowl. Top with half the cheese and half the bacon; repeat layers. Cover and chill until serving. 12 servings. |
