6 lg. tomatoes 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp. each fresh oregano and basil, or 1/2 tsp. dried oregano and basil 6 tbsp. olive oil Slice tomatoes. Thinly slice Mozzarella. Arrange tomatoes and cheese in layers on a plate. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and herbs. Pour oil over salad. |
