SAUERKRAUT SALAD
 

2 cans drained sauerkraut
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, sliced
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Mix sauerkraut, celery, green pepper and onion together. Stir sugar, salad oil, vinegar, water to dissolve sugar then ad to vegetables.

Marinate 24 hours. Drain thoroughly before serving. Keeps well in refrigerate.
