MACARONI-HAM SALAD
 

2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
1 lb. cooked ham (1/2-inch thick)
1 c. celery, sliced
1 med. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. black olives, pitted & sliced
1/3 c. prepared mustard
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. onion, minced
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Crisp salad greens
2 c. cherry tomatoes

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain in colander. Rinse with cold water; drain. Cut ham in 1/2-inch cubes; combine with macaroni, celery, green pepper and olives; toss to mix. Combine mustard, cream, onion, horseradish, salt, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Add dressing to macaroni mixture; toss well. Chill.

Serve on salad greens; garnish with cherry tomatoes. Makes 6 or 8 servings.
