About 1 1/2 hours before serving or early in the day: Mix in large bowl: 2 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix together: 1 lg. carrot, grated
Pour dressing mixture over cabbage mixture, toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors. Makes 8 servings.
