MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO SALAD
 

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drain & reserve juice
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain & reserve juice
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Add boiling water to Jellos and stir until dissolved. Measure lemon juice, undiluted orange juice and add enough of reserved fruit juice to measure 2 cups of liquid. Stir into Jello. Add mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple and slivered almonds. Chill until set, stirring several times to keep ingredients mixed well.
