MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO SALAD
 

2 boxes tapioca pudding
2 c. milk
1 lg. box orange Jello
1 lg. can mandarin orange segments
12 oz. container Cool Whip

Prepare tapioca pudding with 2 cups milk. Heat to a full boil. Pour into large bowl. Add orange Jello, 2 cups boiling water, 1 cup cold water and juice from mandarin oranges. Mix well. Place in refrigerator or freezer until reaches room temperature. Add mandarin oranges and Cool Whip. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Place back in refrigerator or freezer until set.
