1 qt. sauerkraut 1 onion (chopped) 2 celery stalks (thin sliced) 1 c. sugar 1 c. salad oil 1 c. white vinegar Drain sauerkraut. Place in a colander and wash thoroughly with fresh water. Put all ingredients in a salad bowl. Stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir again before serving. |
