10 oz. vermicelli 1/4 c. olive oil 1/4 c. corn oil 2 heaping tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 sm. can chopped ripe olives 1 small jar pimentos, drained 5 green onion, sliced with tops 1/4 c. mayonnaise Parmesan cheese to taste Garlic powder to taste Italian seasoning to taste Cook vermicelli according to directions and drain. In a large mixing bowl, mix the vermicelli and all of the ingredients. mix well and refrigerate it. Note; The Cavender's Greek seasoning is found in the spice section in most grocery stores.
