1 lg. can well drained green peas 1 c. sliced celery 1 sm. chopped onion 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 c. diced American cheese Salt to taste 4 tbsp. chopped pimentos
Mix all together with mayonnaise and chill. One can flaked tuna may be added for complete lunch salad. Serves 6 to 8.
