1 c. Creamy Salad dressing (see recipe) 1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard 6 c. cooked diced potatoes 1 c. thawed Birds Eye Green peas 1/2 c. diced red pepper 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 2 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped Combine creamy dressing and mustard; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with dressing. CREAMY SALAD DRESSING: Blend 1 envelope Good Seasons Salad dressing mix (any flavor except low calorie) with 1 cup Sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk and stir until well blended. |
