BRIE CHEESE - PEAR AND/OR APPLE
RASPBERRY SALAD

RASPBERRY CREAM VINAIGRETTE:

1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
3/4 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 c. raspberries
6-8 sprigs fresh mint

Place all ingredients into blender. Puree until smooth. Chill and serve. (To sweeten, add raspberry preserves.)
