VERMICELLI SALAD
 

2 boxes vermicelli
8 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Accent
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 jar or can pimentos, chopped
1 can ripe pitted olives, diced
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt to taste

Cook vermicelli as directed on package and marinate overnight in the salad oil, lemon juice and Accent.

This next day add the remaining ingredients.
