1 med. green cabbage, finely shredded 1/2 med. red cabbage, finely shredded 4 lg. carrots, peeled and grated 6 green onions, thinly sliced 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped pimientos 1 c. prepared cole slaw dressing Dash hot pepper sauce Combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, onions, green pepper and pimientos in large bowl. Add dash hot pepper sauce to dressing. Pour dressing mixture over vegetables and toss thoroughly to coat. Yield: 6-8 servings. |
