1 c. blue cheese
3 gloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Mash a bit of the cheese with some of the salad oil. Crush or mince garlic. Add the rest of ingredients. Shake until creamy.
Steam 1-2 pounds shrimp. Peel. Serve over lightly steamed broccoli, cauliflower and cooked pasta. Serves 6.
