PIZZA PASTA SALAD
 

1 lb. tri-color rigatoni, cooked
8 oz. pepperoni, sliced
3/4 lbs. provolone or mozzarella cheese
Black or green olives, sliced to taste
3 diced tomatoes
2 diced green peppers
2 diced onions

Grate cheese or cut in strips.

Combine ingredients. Toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Parmesan
1 tbsp. sugar
