1 lg. bunch broccoli, including stems 1/4 c. finely chopped onion (optional) 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. mushrooms (optional) 1 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled DRESSING: 1 c. salad dressing 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cider vinegar To prepare dressing, mix salad dressing with sugar and blend well. Stir in cider vinegar until smooth. Chop broccoli, including stems. Toss all ingredients together with dressing. Chill before serving. Serves 6-8. |
