1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked macaroni (elbows preferably) 1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped 1/4 c. pickle relish 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tbsp. onion, chopped 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. mustard Boil macaroni until tender and drain. Chill macaroni with cold water until completely cool. Drain again and mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
