BLT SALAD
 

2 heads crisp lettuce, torn
1 c. green onions, sliced fine
12 oz. shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
3 c. cherry tomato halves
2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
1 box seasoned croutons

Combine lettuce and onions, toss lightly. Chill for 1 hour. Combine other ingredients and add to lettuce.
