WALDORF SALAD
 

2 med. apples, coarsely chopped (about 2 c.)
2 med. stalks celery, chopped (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Toss all ingredients. Serve on salad greens, if desired. 4 servings.

Waldorf Salad with Grapes: Decrease celery to 1 medium stalk. Stir in 1 cup grapes; cut into halves and seeded.
